Every month we will issue a SHADOU PASS™ to a lucky SHADOU member, granting access onto a real set to gain on-set experience with industry leading directors and production companies. This can range from observing as a guest, interning, or even paid work-for-hire opportunities depending on the experience level of the member. Opportunities are available across all crew positions. There is no guarantee that you will be selected every month, but each month one of our members will be offered an opportunity.
